Did you miss the October 15 Health Improvement Team (HIT) Call?

Don't worry! The recording is now available online

As indicated in the call, you will be receiving notification in the near future with the link to submit your agency's progress report. A training video and worksheet will be provided to ease the submission.

During the HIT call, identification of eligible women was discussed. Here are the questions that were covered:

  •  How will these evaluation findings change the way your agency and/or program recruits WWC eligible women? What additional information would help you in these efforts?

  • What kind of relationships do you have with your local non-WWC providers? Do you know all of them? Based on these evaluation findings, do you plan to improve those relationships?

  • Is your agency checking for Medicaid eligibility before enrolling in WWC? If so, what barriers and successes have you experienced with adding this to clinic flow?

  • Have you already analyzed, or have plans to analyze, your clinic's client population data to see how they compare to either the overall WWC client population or the survey population? What are the differences you have seen or expect to see? How will that affect any changes you make to the way you recruit WWC clients? Have you exhausted all possible in-reach efforts within your current client population?
