How to find your last FY2015 bill

Care Coordination Grant Program (CCGP) agencies should be expecting checks for their end of year grant activity statement soon! This statement was generated on July 31, 2015 and can be a little tricky to find in eCaST.

To view your statement in eCaST run the Grant Activity report by selecting:

1. Fiscal Year = 2015 (important to double check!),
2. Program = WWC or CCGP,
3. Your agency name will be prepopulated (YAY! One less step!)
4. Start Date = 7/31/2015,
5. End Date 7/31/2015, 
6. Indicate PHI = Yes (if you want to see client names) or PHI = No (if you want to hide client names)
